Made from the peel of organic lemons, in the same, completely natural way as Limoncello. The peel is carefully removed as thinly as possible, so as not to touch the white part that gives the bitterness. After that, they are macerated in alcoholic distillate. This digestif is a real summer overture. It is served as a chilled digestif, and it can form a delicious Limoncello Spritz cocktail in combination with sparkling wine, mineral water, a few ice cubes and a slice of lemon.
