Right of Withdrawal
Consumers who enter into a distance contract generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless a statutory exception applies.
For purchases of goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send an unequivocal statement of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
How to Submit a Withdrawal Request
You can submit your withdrawal statement using the “Contract Withdrawal” function on this page.
Your statement must include your full name, details that allow us to identify your order, and the email address to which you would like to receive confirmation.
After submitting your statement, you will receive confirmation that it has been received, including a copy of its contents and the date and time of submission.

Return of Goods and Refunds
After notifying the Seller of your withdrawal from the contract, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified the Seller of your withdrawal.
The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods if they were informed of this obligation in advance, unless the Seller agrees to bear these costs or applicable law provides otherwise.
The Seller will refund payments received in accordance with the applicable statutory deadlines and conditions. The refund may be withheld until the returned goods have been received or until the consumer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, unless a statutory exception applies.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to all products and situations. The law provides for exceptions, including certain perishable goods and sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery, where the statutory conditions are met.
The applicable legal provisions apply to each specific product.
