The first Premium Gin with white truffles in 2020 was produced in a limited number of 669 bottles. It is a premium gin based on grain distillate and pine berries harvested in an ecologically clean environment. It is macerated for three months and distilled three times with nine spices and white truffles from the heart of the Motovun forest. It is decorated with a beautiful transparent color with a slight note of the clay-colored element, it is crystal clear and thick, and the smell is nice and pleasant. The aroma is dominated by the note of pine, then the note of moss, wet sea stone, licorice and the note of white truffle. The taste is dry, fine, warm and elegant, and the liquirizia reappears on the aftertaste.
