MLVN ČRNICA An old Istrian indigenous olive variety from northern Istria. The tree is strong, lush in growth. The fruit is medium to large, on a long stalk. The oil is thick and tasty, on the nose rounded fruity and elegant aromas, fresh, green, green walnut leaf, pronounced pleasant and lasting bitterness and spiciness. Recommended pairing: with hard cheeses, cold fish appetizers, cod and with delicate fish pâtés.
